Genesis

When in 2000 we started our first company, we believed that creating business solutions based on internet technologies is the future.

We did not make a mistake.

Today, we believe that we are on the verge of a new “industrial revolution”. We also believe that the next change that will significantly affect the business will be made with the use of artificial intelligence algorithms and new user interface types. That’s why we invested our capital in the creation of Edward.

By combining expert knowledge with artificial intelligence mechanisms, we want to provide our clients with a tool that will help them improve their sales results.

Product

Edward – an intelligent assistant for sales departments, supports the work of mobile traders and their managers, helping them make the right decisions. The system combines data from various sources, such as e-mail, telephone, calendar, and then analyzes them using artificial intelligence (deep learning) algorithms.Using our proprietary conversational engine, we map the customer’s sales processes and turn boring work with CRM into an interactive conversation with an assistant.

We believe that in future users will commonly use similar assistants who, having access to business data, will draw the right conclusions without having to manually analyze them. Edward is one of the first (and first in Poland) proactive assistants operating in the above model.

Technology

Our technology is based on micro-services and data analysis with the support of artificial intelligence algorithms. The assistant’s platform is built using an open architecture, which allows us to integrate it with any other software that enables connection through documented APIs.

History

The story of Edward draws on the experience of the company founders (Tomasz Wesołowski and Bartłomiej Rozkrut) who have been active in the internet industry for over 15 years. We have co-created one of the largest software houses in Poland and for many years we have been active in the development of the industry.

We are the creators of the AI Meetup cycle – cyclical meetings for fans of artificial intelligence, gathering the community of several thousand people throughout Poland. In addition, the company is a member of the Polish Association of Artificial Intelligence and the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

In our development, we support, among others Microsoft and PwC Polska providing access to a wide network of Partners and Customers.
